The DiversiLab System contains automated equipment for amplicon detection allowing you to achieve increased reproducibility and throughput with decreased labor costs. The amplified DNA products from the rep-PCR reaction are separated in a microfluidics DNA LabChip^® device and detected in the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer. Fingerprint patterns in the form of graphs are generated providing unique fingerprints for each sample.
