The Value of Indicator Testing and Use of TEMPO® in Poultry and Meat Samples    by Stan Bailey, USDA, ARS

If you are a quality assurance or production manager, then you won't want to miss the follow up to the USDA, ARS evaluation of the new automated quality indicator system from bioMérieux, called TEMPO. In this session, you will see the continuation of the data gathered since the 2006 IAFP conference. If you didn't attend the IAFP, don't worry - you'll have the opportunity to come up to speed on the data for the entire study during this presentation.

Dr. Bailey will discuss the value of indicator testing and the use of TEMPO with poultry and meat samples.
