For active air sampling, air IDEAL meets the latest ISO standards
while remaining economical to operate. At just 1.2 kg, it is one
of the lightest portable air sampler available. air IDEAL’s
ergonomic design is user-friendly, easy to operate and programmable
for volume, time to collect and start time delay. air IDEAL is
suited to meet the needs of various applications for the detection
of viable organisms through active air sampling. It uses standard
prepared media, such as contact plates or 100mm plates. air IDEAL
is available exclusively from bioMérieux.
In an environment of increasingly strict regulation, the air
IDEAL aerobiocollector meets the most stringent parameters. CE,
UL and CSA marked, the air IDEAL operates according to the impaction
principle recommended by the draft standard ISO/DIS 14698-1, with
air intake of 100 L/min and impact speed of <20 m/sec, capturing
particles from 3 to 10 microns.
