Assays
VIDAS tests are presented in individual, ready-to-use form. Each
test is composed of a strip and a SPR.
- The strip contains all the reagent required for the reaction
(diluent, conjugate and substrate.)
- The SPR (Solid Phase Receptacle) is a plastic syringe pippette-like
device. It 's inside surface is coated with the antigen or antibody
depending on the assay and acts as a sampling device.
- This original and innovative reagent concept provides: ease
of use, cost effectiveness and eliminates potential carry over
contamination.
